Supplier Onboarding and Management Process
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our supplier network. Below, we outline the steps to follow:
Onboarding Process
To incorporate your company as a supplier, we need to register it in our internal system.
Please complete the following form and attach the required tax and banking documentation:
- The onboarding process may take between 24 and 48 business hours.
- Once completed, the commercial contact you indicated in the form will be notified internally.
Authorization and Accounting Process
Once your registration has been processed, you may issue the corresponding invoices and always send them to your commercial contact, who will initiate the authorization process.
Process Flow:
- The commercial contact reviews and approves the invoice.
- Then it is sent to the Accounting team for registration. This step may take up to an additional 72 business hours.
Payment Process
Once the invoice is registered in our system, the Accounts Payable team will schedule the payment according to the agreed commercial terms. Payments are issued every Wednesday.
Payment Notifications:
Once the payment is executed, you will receive:- An automatic bank notification with the transfer receipt attached.
- An email notification including the payment order and withholdings. This is usually received one day after the payment.
